Citation Map is built and operated by Anureka Inc. We're a small team and we read every email — usually we reply within one business day.
For all inquiries, write to tom@anureka.com. Please use this address for any of the following:
- Support & bug reports — something broken, wrong data on a profile, missing citations, map rendering issues, account or login problems.
- Refunds & billing — questions about a paid crawl, a duplicate charge, or a refund request. Include the email you paid with so we can match the Stripe receipt.
- Data corrections — wrong affiliation, wrong country tag on a citing institution, or a profile that should be taken down.
- Partnerships — universities, immigration law firms, research-analytics platforms, or anyone who wants to embed or license citation maps at scale.
- Press & research — interview requests, citing Citation Map in a paper, or asking about our methodology.
