By accessing or using Citation Map (citationmap.com), operated by Anureka Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the website.
2. Description of Service
Citation Map is a tool that retrieves publicly available academic data and generates interactive visualizations of research citations and impact. Both free and paid features are offered. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Paid Plans, Billing & Refunds
Certain features are available through one-time paid plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount, which is shown at checkout. If a paid crawl fails to deliver the purchased result due to a fault on our side, you may request a refund by contacting us, and we will review the request in good faith. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Citation Map only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access it through automated means at a scale that burdens our infrastructure, resell or redistribute the data in violation of upstream sources' terms, or misrepresent the visualizations as official records.
5. Disclaimer
The materials and visualizations on Citation Map are provided "as is". Citation Map makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Not Legal Advice: Citation Map provides data visualization for academic purposes. While our maps are frequently used to support O-1 and EB-1 visa petitions, we are not a law firm and this tool does not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified immigration attorney.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Citation Map, Anureka Inc., or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Accuracy of Data
The materials on Citation Map may include technical or typographical errors. Data is sourced from public academic catalogs and may be incomplete or out of date. Citation Map does not warrant that the materials are accurate, complete, or current.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent changes, and your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
